How do I place an order?

Add products to your bag, then checkout through WooCommerce or tap Checkout on Telegram. Our team can also confirm availability and payment options in chat.

What payment methods do you accept?

Standard WooCommerce payment gateways configured in WordPress Admin are available at checkout. Telegram orders can also coordinate Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and select crypto options.

Is there an online checkout on the website?

Yes. You can complete a native WooCommerce checkout, or send the order to Telegram for a personal, verified conversation.

Can I modify or cancel my order after sending it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been packed for shipment. Message us on Telegram immediately and we'll update quantities, swap products or cancel the order if needed.

What is THCA and how is it different?

THCA is the raw, unheated form of the cannabinoid found naturally in hemp flower. Our premium THCA flower, pre-rolls and vapes are federally compliant hemp products grown for flavor and potency.

Are your products lab tested?

Every batch is third-party lab tested for potency, pesticides, heavy metals and microbials. COAs are available on request in Telegram.

Where do you source your flower?

We partner with indoor cultivators on single-phenotype rooms, hand-trimmed and slow-cured for 21 days.

How should I store my products?

Keep flower and pre-rolls in a cool, dark place inside the original sealed packaging or an airtight jar.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Message us on Telegram within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation.

Do you restock limited drops?

Reserve and limited drops are single-harvest runs. When a drop sells out it is usually gone for good — join the list to get first access.

How do I contact support?

The fastest way is through our Telegram. We typically reply within a few hours during business hours and always within 24 hours.

How fast is shipping?

Orders confirmed before 4pm ship the same day in discreet, smell-proof premium packaging. Most deliveries land in 2–4 business days.

Do you ship discreetly?

Every package ships in plain, smell-proof packaging with no branding or product indicators on the exterior.

Do you offer local delivery?

Local same-day delivery is available in select metro areas. Ask in Telegram with your zip code.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships we send tracking by email and Telegram.
